Fun Weekend at Buy the Book!

There are lots of fun things happening around Lafayette this weekend and we have our little family agenda full.  One that I thought was cute, (it's around bedtime so we won't be able to make it) happens to be at the Bookstore where I've been selling some of my headbands.  It's called Buy the Book and they're having a family game night where you can bring your own games or play theirs.  They have a really cute kids section and it's a fun place.  You can bring in old books and then shop til your hearts content through a really great selection of books.  We love going and I always end up spending way too much!  If you have a chance to go - check it out!  They just put an article about my headbands on their website - so go support!

Shutterfly awesomeness.

If any of you wonderful fans are interested in some free Christmas cards, or just interested in ordering some cards from a nice place - here's a little something special for you. I try to send out Christmas cards every year, try being the pivotal word in that sentence. I try but usually don't get them out and they aren't what I want. Well, I've done a lot with Shutterfly - a great printing company - and I'm excited this year to try their Christmas cards. There are a ton of options and they're all really cute but I'm really excited about this one. The Red Revamped Christmas card, it's adorable and simple and elegant and I just love it. I think it's great. So friends and family, be looking for one in the mail because I'm getting it done early this year and hopefully in time.
They also make photo calendars, birthday cards, and more holiday cards. They have such great stuff and I hope you find something you like.
If you're a blogger then check out their promotion for free holiday cards here - free cards!

Happy Holiday wishes to all of you.

I'll be adding some fun updates and running a holiday sale soon. Right now I'm enjoying a little down time with the cutest little boy in the world, a much needed break from crafting.

Alright folks, there is a fabulous craft fair coming up that I'm so very excited to be doing.  There will be a ton of people (OK, 12) with booths and there will be all kinds of stuff there.  Obviously I'm putting in my headbands, as well as some fun Christmas stuff, there will also be hats and blankets and toys and belts and gift ideas and food and a Scentsy booth and all kinds of fabulous stuff.  I'm really terribly excited.  If anything you should just come and eat some of the free goodies we'll have there.
Here's the info, hope to see you there!

Come party with us!

Here is a preview of some of the fun things I've been working on.  Enjoy!

Some new tie designs.

A different kind of flower?  We'll see.

I'm in love with this fabric, it's adorable no?

Lots of fun Christmas plaids for the girlies.

I made up some fun Halloween stuff, I didn't advertise it so I'll hang onto it for next year but I think they're fab.

I made some "Boiler Maker Pride" goodies for all the fans out there.  If there's a school you want to support with certain colors, let me know.

I found these great buttons and I've gone crazy with them!  I'm terribly excited about them.

There's a whole slew of "classy" coming at 'cha too.  I had a lot of requests for things a little more simple so here you go, simple and blingy and classy.

And a craft fair in November wouldn't be complete without a few Christmas decorations.  I think they're great.

These are ornaments.  Cute right?

I hope you enjoyed the pictures and that you make it out to our great craft fair on November 6!  Come, come, come!

Happy Statue of Liberty Day!

Long Overdue.

Well friends, this is long overdue but I'm getting back in the groove and wanted everyone to notice the groovy new banner at the top of my blog. My friend Westin Smith designed that banner for me as well as some great new product tags.
Westin has done some really great work and is available for freelance work if you need any graphic design work done.  Contact me if you are interested in finding out more.  Thanks again Wes!

Happy World Smile Day!

Mirror pictures.

Here are some more pictures, possibly my favorite of the bunch. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

And yes, I know you're dying to see more, but they will have to wait for another moment in time, tomorrow maybe?  Keep watching for more updates my friends, they are coming, and coming, and coming.

Happy Be Late for Something Day.  I celebrate this day pretty much every day, especially to church on Sundays.  Sheesh.
