Complaint by Mary Leader

The inspiration for the name Between Linnet and Linen came from a poem written by an amazing poet named Mary Leader.  Mary often focuses on visual poetry in an attempt to reclaim the visual aspects of the art. She is a strong voice for women everywhere.  Her work has inspired me and I have set out on a mission to create beautiful things for women to help us all feel more beautiful and wonderful about ourselves.  I am my own bird and no one will change that.
